DESCRIPTION

What happens in a lesson? Classes involve the following:    

> Walking techniques
> One on one blocking techniques
> Breathing Techniques   
> Stationery air combinations 
> Weaponry Training
> Street Defence
> Forms – learning set routines  
> Sparring  
> Fitness and flexibility
 
 

Many of the terms used in the lessons are in Cantonese. Of course beginners’ lessons include English translations and you will pick up the Cantonese as you go along.  So you get to learn a new language too, if you’re not already fluent in Cantonese!
